Activate Your Wellbeing - a 4 week wellness journey

Between lectures, exams, work commitments and busy schedules, finding time to prioritise your wellbeing can feel like just another thing on the to‑do list. When deadlines pile up and days fill quickly, looking after your mind and body is often the first thing to be pushed aside.

That’s why we’re launching Activate Your Wellbeing — a four‑week wellness journey running from 1–26 June, created to support our community to pause, reset and build healthier habits alongside study and work.

Across the four weeks, you’ll be guided through a series of feel-good activities designed to support both your mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll receive free access to our Yoga, Stretch & Mobility and Yogalates classes, along with special workshops such as foam rolling and meditation, plus a range of at‑home challenges you can complete in your own time.

What's Involved?

Our wellness bingo card is designed to help you explore a variety of activities that support your mind and body. Whether you complete a line or aim for a full card, every action counts. Join in, try something new, and enjoy the collective energy of focusing on wellbeing together.

    3. Complete as many (or as little) activities as you like during June
    4. Complete a full card? Submit your entry to our friendly gym team

    Murdoch Active on the Move (Staff Only)

    Running throughout May and June, Murdoch Active on the Move brings wellbeing directly to your workplace. One staff member can book an appointment and our Murdoch Active gym team will visit your office to deliver a 15‑minute quick session, guiding your team through light, desk‑friendly stretches designed to support mobility and help you feel better at work.

    No change of clothes or equipment needed — just a short break to move, reset and recharge together.
